CHECK-IN TIME 2:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 AM (Late Charges may be assessed at $15.00
per hour for up to 2 hours. Anything over 2 hours
may result in a full night charge.)
PETS Pets are allowed year round: $10.00 per night or
$25.00 per stay
NON-SMOKING All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
TELEPHONE Local calls: No Charge
Long Distance: $1.00 per minute (may be charged
to your credit card at a later date)
PAYMENT POLICY McNeill’s Inn requires a valid credit card imprint or
$150.00 cash deposit at time of check-in when
payment is made by debit card or cash. Two pieces
of ID required for Registration.
TAXES Additional to Room Rates: GST 5% and HST 8%

CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel a reservation, 48 hours notice is required.
Total cost of confirmed reservation will be charged
(to a maximum of 2 nights) if cancellation notice is
less than 48 hours.
GROUP
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings of 3 or more rooms require 14 days
cancellation notice. Total cost of confirmed
reservation may be charged on less than 14 days
cancellation notice.
DAMAGES Guests are responsible for damages over and above
normal wear and tear.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

This property is privately owned and the management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, to
cancel a reservation, and the right to assign and
re-assign the guest to such accommodation as the
management sees fit.
