CANCELLATION POLICY | To cancel a reservation, 48 hours notice is required. Total cost of confirmed reservation will be charged (to a maximum of 2 nights) if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours. |

Bookings of 3 or more rooms require 14 days cancellation notice. Total cost of confirmed reservation may be charged on less than 14 days cancellation notice. |

| DAMAGES | Guests are responsible for damages over and above normal wear and tear. |

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS |
This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, to cancel a reservation, and the right to assign and re-assign the guest to such accommodation as the management sees fit. |
